Our Aircraft Brokerage Department will assist you in the sale of your aircraft  Avoid the tire kickers and liability issues and allow ALLAVIATIONS to professionally represent your interests from start to finish. We will get the job done with in a reasonable amount of time and ensure a smooth transaction. On average, we are able to sell most aircraft with in 45 to 60 days. You never pay anything, our commision comesfom the buyer

What does the brokerage service include? 

  • We will provide a market evaluation for the aircraft. This service provides current market analysis so that the client truly understands the retail value before marketing the aircraft.
  • We pay for all marketing and advertising expenditures related to the sale. 
  • We will handle any trades. Many times a sale falls appart when the buyer has a trade in. We will sell the trade in airplane for your buyer.. 
  • We will handle all negotiations that pertain to the sale.
  • We will keep you informed of our progress on a regular basis.
  • We know of  pilots available to demonstrate the aircraft to a potential buyer. 
  • Our purchaser will pay for all expenses related to the pre-buy inspection, flight demonstration, and delivery, unless otherwise negotiated with you.
  • Upon acceptance and sale of the aircraft, we will coordinate the paper work required for closing which include the title search, application for registration, and all contracts pertaining to the transaction. 
Will my aircraft have to be based at your Aviation's facility? 
No, you may continue to operate the aircraft until it is sold. 

  • Appearance is important. You should present theairplane in the best possible light.  A sharp looking aircraft sells for an average of $3,000 more than an aircraft that is not properly detailed.
  • We will normaly not send tire kickers to bother you. Mainly buyers that have placed a refundable deposit in escrow with a title company in Oklahoma City will be refered to you.
  • You know your airplane better than anyone, so you should do a demo at your airportm if requested..
